If you play past midnight, the lastplayed date that we use will be set to the following day... so it won't see those games.

No... it does not see BC games... MS does not provide any game data in the feed about original Xbox games... :(

I looked into this. It is because the leaderboards are offline... the 1% badge is messed up. We are working on it.

There was a data issue that caused us to lose entries 23 & 24 for some people. Everything should be back to normal more or less now though... you should have new entries.

"I too have had this situation happen to me way more then one time , it is really getting on my nerves too , I haven't missed playing the system for 1 day since the release of the system but yet I have only gotten the 10 consecitive days played only 1 time. alot of the time I dont even turn off the console in between me playing before I goto work and the time I get home for my late night game session but yet still it says I have not gamed for that day, how can that be when yesterday I started playing at 1:30 am and did not finish until 6 am, never turned the system off booted to the dashboard , and it sat there until then it is now 5 hours later the next morning and it told me I was not playing at all yesterday when I easily logged in 10 hours"

You have to make sure that you exit the game... Microsoft only provides us the LASTPLAYED date... if you start playing a game on 8/22 and play PAST 3am EST 8/23 your last played date will be the next day... so when our blog goes to write an entry about it, the game isn't seen. This is just the breaks because we don't have a "currently playing" date or a "started playing" date... so if you start playing... and keep playing... there is no way for us to capture that game. If you stop playing before 3am EST and go to bed... then everything will work.

I know it is complicated, but it is the best we can do with the data we are given. For marathon gamers like yourself, the accuracy can be a bit off!

We have removed completed game badges because we feel they weren't differentiated enough from what the achivements already tell you. We want to focus on game groups and conditional badges because those are things MS currently does not offer. More game group badges coming soon for which COD will be a requirements.
